Our History
Finca Son Miranda receives its name from the sculptor Sebastián Miranda, uncle of the current owners, who have always had a strong connection with the art world. As a result of this link, the guesthouse has an attractive collection of contemporary art composed of a series of drawings, paintings and photographs by various artists, including drawings and sculptures by Sebastián Miranda himself.
Olive Oil in Mallorca
At Finca Son Miranda, we produce our own organic extra virgin olive oil on the estate, using Arbequina, Picual and Mallorquina varieties. Rooted in Mediterranean tradition, our olive oil reflects both the character of the land and a careful, sustainable approach to cultivation.
Recognised for its quality, it has received international awards and continues to be appreciated for its balance and authenticity.

Tour around this gorgeous farm in Mallorca
Guests and visitors can enjoy our Oleotourism Organic Experience through an Olive Oil guided tour along an itinerary surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees. Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the history and origin of olive oil as well as the production process. They will find some works of art designed by Philippe STARCK, and a photo exhibition both in the car park and along the itinerary.
Also visitors will be able to enjoy a guided tasting of several olive oils from different varieties of olives at the end of the tour.
